Fixed Call out Charges
Our call out charge includes the first hour on site. Your appointment will be confirmed along with a time slot for your visit. Please ensure a technical contact is available for the duration of the engineering visit.
System Upgrades/Programming
From adding another telephone to your system, to reprogramming which phones ring and where we have you covered. Move-Add-Change requests are free of charge for customers with an annual maintenance contract.
Replacement Parts in stock
We carry replacement parts for when the worst has happened and equipment needs to be swapped out. If your existing equipment can be repaired we offer a loan card scheme to get you back up and running while the repair is completed.
